The Engage Approach
At Engage, our approach involves the critical collaboration of multidisciplinary teams to engage with emergency nurses and ED leaders to build solutions for improving their work environment. The Engage teams are composed of a full-time clinical client engagement lead and a dedicated engagement specialist(s).
How it Works
For each client, the Engage team works collaboratively with the emergency care team in co-creating and implementing a plan for building a healthy emergency nurse work environment including key milestones, custom timelines, and responsibilities.
